Outside Sales Representative

Regular full time Sales Services


  • Develops and implement a strategic sales plan (both short and long-term sales plans)

  • Makes appointments, meet potential customers, propose and close sales

  • Sustains sales activities, appointments, proposals, cold calls, and database updates.

  • Reviews and make corrective sales actions on low profit accounts as necessary

  • Monitors and evaluates activities and products of competitors, and maintain updated sales knowledge of Company products, sales policies and operating procedures through training and personal development

  •  Responds promptly to customer inquiries to determine customer needs and provide solutions, recommending products and enhancements to increase customer satisfaction and sales potential

  • Prepares periodic sales reports indicating sales results and action plans

  • Assists in creating and implementing effective advertisement to boost sales

  • Makes daily cold calling

  • Makes business travel arrangements

  • Researches and attends trade shows

  • Records and maintains sales data using Salesforce CRM software.

  • Helps operation at Texas Branch office

  • Performs other additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Demand:

Moderate physical effort required. Work will involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh up to 60 lbs.


Job Requirements


  • Prior Outside Sales experience is a must (at least 3 years)

  • Outside Sales Experience in the following industries is a plus: fire protection, construction, or food industry

  • Strong desire to excel in sales

  • An outgoing “people person” who naturally enjoys communicating with customers

  •  Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication

  • Must be detail oriented and excellent in organizational and time management skills

  • Must be strong in problem solving

  • Possess basic computer skills.  Must be familiar with MS office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Must hold a valid Texas Driver’s License

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Japanese language skills are helpful but not required

  •  The right candidate must be able to legally work in the U.S. without any visa support from the company
