The successful candidate will contribute to fulfilling the research objectives of the NMR Facility, in particular the application of NMR spectrometry for a variety of metabolic phenotyping investigations. These will include small metabolic profiling targeted studies to larger-scale human biofluid and tissue samples for bio-marker identifications and personalized medicine investigations. Primarily the role will include the sample management, preparation and data collection of NMR based metabolomics studies, collaboration with researchers within and external to the university and training of other scientists.
Applicants should hold a PhD degree and postdoctoral experience, with significant hands-on experience in NMR spectroscopy, NMR sample preparation and NMR-based metabolomics analysis.
The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview.
